An Unknown Story About Fat

An Unknown Story About Fat

What Is Fat
There are a few easiest way that will help you to reduce your fat. This article will help you to know about fat. Let’s started..
Human bodies have two types fat- one you can see and one you can't.
The fat you can see is just under the skin in the hips, thighs, buttocks and abdomen. This is called under the skin (subcutaneous) fat.
The fat you can't see is deeper inside, in the chest, pelvis, and abdomen. It also can’t see in around the vital organs like lungs, heart, liver, digestive tract etc.

Like another Organ

According to Kristen Hairston MD, assistant professor of endocrinology and metabolism at Wake Forest School of Medicine “the fat doesn't just sit there, it makes lots of nasty substances, And having too much of it is linked to a greater chance of developing high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, dementia, heart disease and certain cancers, including colon cancer and breast cancer.

How You Get Extra Fat

When a body's too much fat, it can run out of safe places to store fat and begin storing it in and around the organs, such as around the heart and the liver.
According to Carol Shively, PhD, professor of pathology-comparative medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine, “Fatty liver disease was, until recently, very rare in non-alcoholics. But with obesity increasing, you have people whose fat depots are so full that the fat is deposited into the organs.” She also says “more fat is also being deposited around the heart”.

Marijuana Can Lead to Dangerous Behavior

Marijuana Can Lead to Dangerous Behavior

Several experts say high-potency marijuana can lead to dangerous behavior, such as intoxicated driving. CNN reports that “Many marijuana growers are trying to increase the content of the drug’s active ingredient, THC, as high as it will go”.

The article notes that the most potent strains have a THC content of about 25 percent. In 1972 the average THC potency was less than 1 percent, In 1990 it increase 3 to 4 percent and its almost 13 percent nowadays.

Dr. Mahmoud ElSohly, who directs the lab at the University of Mississippi says “You really have to be careful, The danger of this high-potency material is not with the experienced marijuana smokers, but young people who really don’t know what they’re smoking. They don’t know what to expect, and before they know it, they’ve inhaled too much.”.

“Certain behaviors, such as driving, can be dangerous for a person who is acutely intoxicated from THC, The risk is not that you’ll stop breathing or that you’ll die”, Dr. Julie Holland, a New York psychiatrist says. She also says “The risk is that you’ll become very altered and disoriented, and you can get anxious and panicky in that situation.”
