What is anxiety

Anxiety is a common term for a number of disorders that cause worrying, apprehension, fear, and nervousness. It is a normal human emotion that everyone meet at several times. Many people experience nervous or anxious when faced with a problem at work before making an important decision. Anxiety interrupt a person’s to lead a normal life.
There are many types of separation anxiety disorders that include social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder,  and specific phobias.

What Are the Types of Anxiety Disorders?

There are several types of anxiety disorders, including:

Social anxiety disorder:

social anxiety disorder also called social phobia. It involves with over self-consciousness and overwhelming worry and several types of social situations. This is happen by being closely criticized, judged, and watched by others. It is really an unreasonable fear. It comes from extra mental pressure or uncooperative fear.

Generalized anxiety disorder:

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) involves tension, unrealistic worry and excessive even if there is nothing or little to produce the anxiety. It is a chronic disorder. GAD disorders often feel afraid about school, work, family, friend, society, money, or health. Their fear is really unreasonable or unrealistic. It interferes with daily functions like relationships, social activities, school, or work.

Specific phobias:

A specific phobia is an intense fear of a specific situation include flying, heights, or snakes. It may cause the person to avoid common, everyday situations.
